Activity Description
Residents may have difficulty appropriately responding to stress and anxiety in their daily lives. This could be a result of challenges they have with communicating, having appropriate social interactions or if they are experiencing mental health issues. To assist us in meeting these needs an accredited (FHT) reflexologist works across both sites offering advanced reflexology, hand reflexology and Indian head massage using essential oils.
Residents express great enjoyment and relaxation from this service and all staff can attest to its positive benefits.
