This week Karen celebrated her Birthday with a visit through the window from her family. Not the usual family visit that Karen is used to, but Karen was delighted to see her family and receive beautiful gifts from them none the less.

Karen enjoyed a day of getting pampered, had her make-up done, nails painted, and hair styled, all set for her party that evening. Karen got a special chocolate birthday cake made by our Head Cook Paddy which Karen enjoyed sharing with her friends in Cottage D. Karen also received more presents that evening which included beautiful outfits all with matching accessories.

From the 22nd to 26th June it is Learning Disability Week so keep an eye on here so see what exciting things we get up to!
