One of our goals for 2021 was to be more active, especially as we have been spending so much of our time at home. To help us we have been accessing the Active Lifestyle Activities run through Disability Sports N.I – Davy and Mark (DSNI) have been great at organising low intensity/armchair aerobics and the great thing was they were via Zoom so our friends within the Resource Centre could join in with us.

Resident’s were able to choose the music/songs to accompany the exercises and enjoyed singing along as-well as exercising and as you can see from our photographs we definitely “Love To Move” within the Beeches Nursing Home.
