Recently residents from the Nursing Home who had been registered for the Virtual Boccia League (Sponsored by Progressive Building Society) completed their third and final round of the competition.

This month’s 3 games included:

• Bench Roll – the aim of this was to roll the ball the length of the bench/table so that it fell off the other end.
• Jack in the Box – the aim of this was to place a small bucket in front of the residents and see if they could throw the ball into the bucket/container.
• Stop!! – the aim of this was to set up skittles in a circle and see if the residents could roll the ball into the middle of the circle without knocking any of the skittles down.

Everyone had great fun trying to compete these challenges as you can see from the photographs below.

The final league tables will be released on Monday 12th April and following this residents are looking forward to their Presentation of Certificates as well as receiving other prizes for participating in these challenges.
