The Public Health Agency and the Patient Client Council are collaborating on a joint project to gather insight into what is going well and what could be improved in relation to visiting arrangements in Care Homes. We encourage all residents, relatives and staff to participate in the survey and share their experiences of visiting.
The Snapshot Survey can be accessed, either by following this online link https://tinyurl.com/2p8u7dfr or printed copies can be requested from Public Health Agency (028 9536 2868) or Patient Client Council (0800 917 0222).
Support is available from PHA and PCC by telephone and an Easy Read version of the survey is available on request.
