Over this past week our residents have been celebrating Easter and enjoyed doing various fun Easter activities.

The residents had great fun making Easter bunny masks, completing Easter art work, word searches, matching activities and Easter themed word scramble worksheets. Everyone’s fabulous work was then displayed on the notice board in the activity room for everyone to see.

Our Easter Panto was an interactive online performance of Cinderella by ‘Panto Live’, this was projected onto our big screen in our social room giving our resident’s plenty of room to enjoy the show whilst socially distancing. Each resident got a Panto Pack including information about the main characters, a quiz, song lyrics so everyone could sing along to the songs and word searches about the Pantomime to complete. Everyone really enjoyed the Pantomime as it was full of funny jokes and the music was brilliant.

We had a visit from the Easter Chick, she helped each cottage along in their socially distanced Easter Egg Hunt. As you can see from the pictures below everyone had a fantastic time. Each cottage had to follow the signs around the building in search for Easter eggs. Along the way the residents found a surprise Easter bag with their name on it, each residents received an Easter bag with lots of treats.
